​​Scheduling Instructions and Policies:

SESSION TYPES AND FEES:
  • Individual session fees are $135 per hour. Calculus and College courses are $156 per hour. 
  • Group session are available when there is a shared curriculum. Contact Farra directly to help sign up for this. 512-940-8119
  • Group Fees: 2 students ($85/each student/hour) 
  • *All quoted rates include the Square fee.
          
SCHEDULING ONLINE:
  • Select tutor, date and time according to calendar availability.
  • Enter parent and student cell #s with a comma in between. Repeat with email addresses for parent and student. 
  • Appointment confirmations and 24-hr in advance reminders will be sent. 
  • Enter a credit card for payment and select PAY LATER. After the session, I will submit the charge.

LATE FEE POLICY: 
  • Changes to an appointment must be done in advance of 24-hours or a $100 fee will be charged to your credit card. This is even if a student is ill. ​​
  • If there is more than 2 cancelations per semester or 3 per year, the cancelation fee will be the full appointment charge.
