​​Scheduling Instructions and Policies:

SESSION TYPES AND FEES:
  • Individual session fees are $150 per hour for session up through high school. Calculus and College courses are $170 per hour. 
    (*All quoted rates include the Square fee)
  • All appointments are charged for a minimum of 1 hour. 
  • Preparation for more rigorous and advanced course may need prior preparation by the tutor. Rates are considerably reduced and will not exceed 45 min of prep time. Tutors will let parents/students know in advance if prep time is occasionally needed.

SCHEDULING ONLINE:
  • Select tutor, date and time according to calendar availability.
  • Enter parent and student cell #s with a comma in between. Repeat with email addresses for parent and student. 
  • Appointment confirmations and 24-hr in advance reminders will be sent. 
  • Enter a credit card for payment and select PAY LATER. After the session, I will submit the charge.

LATE FEE POLICY: 
  • Changes to an appointment must be done in advance of 24-hours or a $100 fee will be charged to your credit card. This is even if a student is ill. ​​
